For someone who didn’t really know the story, I was really interested in the details of what happened

Scenario

During the 1972 Munich Olympic Games, an American sports TV team was assigned to report on the hostage-taking of Israeli athletes. The performances are all believable, the comedy is on point, and the pacing and runtime is such that you don’t have to look toward the exit before the credits roll.

They did a good job of not foreshadowing the plot points

Some might find the lack of scene changes tiresome, but I think it worked here. I think they wanted you to feel like the control room was your world and to feel like they were there on that eventful day.

They make you think without preaching

You handled the political and emotional elements well. Mixing in footage of the actual event, including broadcast footage, definitely draws you more into the experience.

A nice touch

While it’s not a film I would want to watch over and over again, it’s a very well done job that I would recommend to friends who enjoy these films.
