The film portrays the intertwined female relationships that exist in the bustling and humid city of Mumbai.
What I loved the most was the poetic evocation of the monsoon in the sweet moments of relief from the heat but also the hardships that come with the storm
We feel for the characters’ journey of self-discovery – as they struggle with the suffocating confines of our traditional culture and in turn replace it with the newness and hope that comes with acceptance.
Kudos to the entire team
